I was pleased to meet a young lady at our city council special session tonight who was there to fulfill a requirement for her government class. She said she's actually interested in the process though and plans to attend again. I hope she does. It is an interesting process and a great experience to witness government in action. From our small town of Joshua to the big cities, state and federal level our form of government is generally the same. What an exciting thing to be witness to and part of the process of managing resources contributed by so many and entrusted to so few. I'm proud to be part of the process and encouraged when others want to learn more about it and perhaps become involved someday too.
