...and we're back.

Last night was the third and final public candidate forum planned for this primary.  It was held in Keene, TX at Southwestern Adventist University.  It was a lot of fun and was in a debate format which I actually preferred.

If you had been looking for this blog in the last week or two and found it not accessible, I apologize.  The general themes of questioning for the debate were released publicly and to the candidates a couple weeks ago.  Because I have been so involved with our local and county government I have a lot of information on here that could have been useful to my opponents.  For that reason I chose not to be a resource for them to try to catch up with my experience and so I restricted access to the blog until this morning.  It's good to be back!

I had a lot of people tell me last night that they had changed their mind and decided to support me or that they were undecided and have now chosen to give me their vote.  It's exciting and humbling.

Early voting is going on now.  If you do not know where to go to vote I have a list of early voting locations on my website at www.VOTEforAJ.com/vote.  Please keep spreading the word that there is an alternative to the status quo in Johnson County.  We can do better together.  I'm not asking for the opportunity to start serving you, I'm asking for the opportunity to continue serving you.

Thanks,

A.J.
